Number of people that you bring along with you
A private tour exclusive for 2 people, for example, will cost more per person than if you bring along a group of 8 or 10, as the expenses for a driver/guide are shared among more people.
The level of accommodation

The number of sightseeing activities
Whether you prefer a laid-back experience or want to include thrilling adventures like hot air balloon rides, outback excursions, or scenic flights over the Great Barrier Reef, each custom tour has its own pricing based on the activities selected.
The season and time of year
Traveling during Australia’s low season (May to September) can be very cost-effective, and many destinations, like the Red Centre or southern coast, are beautiful in winter. Traveling in shoulder seasons (April or October) can reduce costs while still providing pleasant weather and fewer crowds. Peak season, from November to March, tends to be more expensive, especially during major holidays like Christmas, New Year, or Lunar New Year (typically in late January or early February).
